Appearance, Function and Applications The rocker switch is rectangular with a central fulcrum, press the bottom of the rocker switch to turn on, and the top of the rocker switch to turn off, an audible click will occur when turning on/off the switch. ………………………………………….. Our standard rocker switches are suitable for controlling mains and low voltage lighting, halogen, incandescent GLS, LEDs and any other lighting that does not require dimming. ………………………………………….. They are also suitable for either 1 way, or 2 way circuits, i.e. where the same lights are controlled by 2 seperate switches. If the lighting circuit is controlled by three switches, in seperate locations then one of the switches in the circuit must be an Intermediate (3 Way) Switch with four terminals enabling you to link all three switches together. ………………………………………….. This Euro VariGrid product are part of a mix and match set that comprises of over 20+ different clip-in inserts, put together in your own configuration to create bespoke items. Cleaning This product can be easily cleaned with a soft dry micro-fibre cloth. Never apply masking tape or other similar tape to the product. Avoid the use of any cleaning chemicals and always use a Gasket on freshly plastered, painted or damp walls as the plates may tarnish. (Plaster can take up to 6 months to dry out). A Gasket can be made from the packaging the product comes in, or a plastic bag can be cut to stop the plate touching the plaster. Unfortunately, if these Instructions are not followed, and the plate is damaged, it will void the product warranty. …………………………………………..
