Appearance, Function and Applications The rocker switch is rectangular with a central fulcrum, press the bottom of the rocker switch to turn on, and the top of the rocker switch to turn off, an audible click will occur when turning on/off the switch, a 13 Amp fuse is included, which can be replaced with 13 Amp fuses with measurements 25.4 x 6.4 mm if it blows. The neon indicator light illuminates when switch is on. The flex outlet is an aperture in the plate which clamps a cable in place for powering appliances, this saves on bringing the cable out from the wall. ………………………………………….. Cleaning This product can be easily cleaned with a soft dry micro-fibre cloth. Never apply masking tape or other similar tape to the product. Avoid the use of any cleaning chemicals and always use a Gasket on freshly plastered, painted or damp walls as the plates may tarnish. (Plaster can take up to 6 months to dry out). A Gasket can be made from the packaging the product comes in, or a plastic bag can be cut to stop the plate touching the plaster.
